No-Fuss Gut Friendly Snack Ball
If you’ve been following me on Instagram you may have picked up on the fact that I’m a big fan of nurturing the microbes that live within us. Green bananas are a source of resistant starch, a type of fibre that promotes the growth of healthy bacteria in our gut. When I came across green banana fibre, I just had to try it out. These small but delicious chocolate balls add a nice dose of fibre to your day while satisfying that mid-afternoon (or morning) sweet tooth. The kids loved making (and eating) them too!
