Coming from a large family, I’ve always loved the way food brings people together. I believe food should be enjoyed, rather than a source of stress. My goal is to help my clients regain normalcy and rediscover the pleasure in eating.
While I have always had an interest in wellness, life changing events have a funny way of putting things into perspective. When my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, I realized I wanted something more fulfilling and meaningful from my career. All the better if it could be meaningful for others as well.
After making the connection between diet and health, I decided to redirect my path in University to study the science of nutrition. Now, as a Registered Dietitian, I offer my patients an approach that is integrative, evidence-based, and highly personalized.
