Different doesn't have to be bad
I like pizza. In fact, I love pizza. My favourite part, the crust. Your's too? I figured. Isn't it everyones?? This recipe calls for quinoa instead of flour which is why I've delayed making it for so long. The skeptic in me was once again proven wrong, but I will say that this is not the same thing as a traditional thin crust pizza. I am however willing to make room for a new kind of crust in my life. Decked out with my usual toppings, and I would happily add this crust to my regular dinner rotation. As an added bonus, it's gluten free! Which means my clients who avoid gluten can now make their own pizza crust at home.
